Lawyer – Structured Finance (Relocation to Australia)

We are working with a number of top-tier international and national law firms based in Sydney and Melbourne for an Associate and Senior Associate to join their Structured Finance & Securitisation teams. The firms’ welcome candidates who are willing to relocate to Australia.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a market-leading structured finance and securitisation team, advising on a wide range of complex and high-value transactions across the finance sector. The role includes advising Australian and international banks, private equity and hedge funds.

The candidate will advise on a range of structured finance matters including securitisations, fund finance, and credit transactions. The individual will also keep track of regulatory changes within the area.

Essential Criteria:

• 2+ years’ PQE;
• Strong structured finance and securitisation background;
• Excellent academics;
• Strong team player;
• Commercial awareness;
• Enthusiastic;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Technically excellent.
