About the SENCO role:- As Assistant Principal and SENCO, you will take strategic leadership of SEND and inclusion across the school.
- You will build on the strong foundations already in place, working closely with staff, families and external agencies to ensure excellent provision and outcomes for all learners.
- The successful candidate will be an organised, driven and passionate SENCO or inclusion leader.
- You must hold the NASENCO qualification or be working towards it, with completion required by September 2026.
- Previous experience in a SENCO or similar whole-school inclusion role is highly desirable.
