A highly reputable accountancy firm in Belfast is seeking a Newly Qualified Accountant to join their team in a genuinely varied, all-round role offering strong client exposure and excellent long-term development.

The Role
This is a broad practice role designed for a newly qualified accountant who wants exposure across accounts, audit and advisory rather than being siloed early in their career. You will work closely with managers and partners, gaining well-rounded experience and developing strong, long-term client relationships.
What You Will Do
Prepare statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients
Assist on audit assignments from planning through to completion
Produce management accounts and support clients with commercial insight
Support tax compliance work, with exposure to both corporate and personal tax
Deal directly with clients, understanding their businesses and building trusted relationships
Get involved in ad-hoc advisory and project-based work
Work collaboratively within a supportive, approachable team

Requirements
Recently qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
Practice background with experience across accounts and/or audit
Enjoys a varied workload and developing broad technical experience
