A forward‑thinking & leading Secondary School in the Borough of Ealing is seeking a Head of Chemistry for a September 2026 start. The role is a permanent, full‑time position.

You will lead a large team of Science Teachers across KS3‑KS5, including Trainee Teachers, ECTs, Teach First staff and experienced Science teachers. You will also work closely with a dedicated Science Technician team and have access to excellent resources.

Person Specification

• Must have UK QTS
• Ability to manage a range of personalities
• Capability to motivate, inspire and drive standards throughout the team
• Strong understanding of the Science curriculum
• Set outstanding expectations for yourself and fellow Science teachers
