Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and well‑connected Aviation Sales Manager to help us secure subcontracted work within the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the aviation sector
- Build relationships with:
- MRO organisations
- Aircraft operators
- Leasing companies
- Private jet operators
- Secure subcontracted work for JETIS
- Negotiate and close deals
- Represent the company professionally within the aviation industry
Requirements
- Proven experience in aviation sales / MRO / interiors / Part 145 environment
- Strong network within the aviation industry
- Ability to independently generate and close leads
- Understanding of aircraft maintenance and interior refurbishment processes (preferred)
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven
Compensation
This is a performance‑based role with high earning potential:
- Commission: 10% of contract value OR 15% of profit per deal
- No cap on earnings
(High performers can earn substantial income based on secured contracts)
