Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or customer-facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Polished, professional appearance with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• IT skills – experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell exclusive membership packages
• Give prospective members tours of our luxury facilities
• Engage with and build relationships to maintain long-term customer loyalty
• Work towards and exceed sales targets
• Handle administration tasks, including membership paperwork and database updates
