Deep Specialization Options

  1. Copywriting (Direct Response Specialist)
    • Write persuasive, conversion‑oriented copy for ads, funnels, emails, pages, and video scripts
    • Optimize existing copy to improve CTR, CVR, AOV, and LTV
    • Continuously refine messaging based on performance data
    Requirements: Proven direct‑response background, strong buyer psychology, near‑native English, fast and strategic writing ability, interest in AI‑assisted copywriting workflows and prompt engineering.
  2. Funnel Building (Framer / Webflow / ClickFunnels)
    • Build high‑converting landing pages and funnels in Framer, Webflow, ClickFunnels
    • Set up automations with Zapier, ActiveCampaign, n8n
    • Implement tracking (GTM, GA, pixels) and optimize for CVR, CTR, CPC
    Requirements: 3+ years building funnels, strong Framer proficiency, tracking implementation ability, conversion‑oriented mindset, interest in AI‑assisted workflows.
  3. Graphic Design (Visual Creative Specialist)
    • Create visuals for ads, banners, social media graphics, logos, and layouts
    • Align with brand guidelines and revise based on performance insights
    • Prepare production‑ready design files
    Requirements: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva; strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color theory; portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility; openness to AI‑assisted design workflows.
  4. Media Buying (Performance Master)
    • Build and execute full‑funnel media plans across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok
    • Own large‑scale budgets of $100k–$500k monthly
    • Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize bidding, targeting, and creative testing at scale
    • Present strategy, insights, and optimization paths to leadership and clients
    Requirements: 5–8+ years with large budgets, expert‑level analytics and attribution knowledge, multi‑platform campaign experience.
  5. Video Editing (High‑Impact Social & Direct Response)
    • Cut and edit short‑form content (Reels, TikTok), YouTube, ads, VSLs
    • Execute end‑to‑end editing: rough cut, fine cut, color, sound
    • Apply storytelling principles and trend awareness to maximize impact
    Requirements: Several years in video editing, mastery of Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci; strong portfolio; experience with performance‑oriented video; familiarity with AI‑assisted editing tools.
