Your Role
In this role you will:
- Be a strategic leader for one of our priority growth accounts
- Be client facing, shapinggrowthand driving end-to-end valuewithin key account(s)and ensuring Invent capabilities are embedded within the broader account strategy.
- Managethe financial performanceof the priority growth account(s)inparticularfocusingon sales,revenueand profitability.
- Createproactive, insight-led innovativepropositions thatsupportourclients businessneedsand differentiate Capgemini in the consulting market.
- Buildandmaintaindeep, long-standingrelationshipswith CxO-level clients, understandingtheir priorities andacting asInventsvoice on major transformation agendas, working towards a trusted advisor status.
- Oversee successful delivery of projects and programmes in theConsumer Products sector working with colleagues from across the Capgemini business.
- Helptorun a successfulConsumer Productsindustry team, inspiring and managing junior talent.
- Driveeminence in the marketthrough visibility at industry events anddemonstratingthought leadership across a range ofindustry topics.
As part of yourroleyou will alsohave the opportunity tocontribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:
- Business Development Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
- Internal contribution Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
- Learning & development Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
Your Profile
- Aproventrack recordin consulting, working withmultipleglobalConsumer Products clients to deliver transformational change.
- Expertiseacross differentsub-sectors.We work with clients in theFMCG, Consumer Health, Tobacco,Alcohol andLuxury Goods clients.The priority growth account(s) are within these sub-sectors.
- Domainexpertiseinone or more areas of the Consumer Products operating model.Commercial Strategyand Category Management, encompassing channel, customerarchtypesand route-to-market,are of particular interestfor this role.
- A strong business developmentbackground, bringing together Capgeminispre-existing relationships and your ownnetwork to generate >4m ofpersonal sales.
- Breadthof experience delivering a wide variety of consultingserviceswith a strong appreciation of how technologyand AIenable transformation.
- Entrepreneurialspiritand market-making mindsetsupported by a focus onbusiness outcomes for yourclients.
- Ability toleadeffectively in a matrix-organisation, building strong internal networksand leading teams with a broad cross section of skillsand experience.
- Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having asignificant consulting background.
