I’m working with a high-end technology consultancy that partners with some of the most innovative organisations in life sciences, MedTech, and health technology.

They’re looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems and want to work across a variety of projects, rather than being tied to a single product or roadmap.

The Role

This is a consultancy environment, not a traditional engineering role.

You’ll be working on a range of technically challenging projects, supporting the development of new products and technologies from early-stage concept through to real-world application.

Work typically involves:

• Solving complex engineering problems across HealthTech and MedTech projects
• Contributing to product development from concept through to prototype and delivery
• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electronics, software, scientists)
• Engaging with clients to understand technical challenges and define solutions
• Supporting multiple projects across different industries and technologies

No two projects are the same, and you’ll be given the autonomy to take real ownership of your work.

What They’re Looking For

• Background in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline
• Experience in product development, R&D, or complex engineering environments
• Strong problem-solving ability and a curiosity for how things work
• Comfortable working across disciplines and learning new technologies
• Interest or experience in HealthTech, MedTech, or life sciences

Consultancy experience isn’t required, but an interest in working in a client-facing, project-driven environment is important.
