This is not just another Home Manager role. What You’ll Bring

You’re an experienced Home Manager with a passion for delivering outstanding, not just “good”.

Essential:

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management
• A strong background in dementia care

Desirable:

• Nursing qualification (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
• Experience within a premium or high-standard care setting

You’ll be commercially astute, emotionally intelligent, and a natural leader confident in driving occupancy, developing teams, and delivering a service that stands out for all the right reasons. Most importantly, you’ll take pride in what you do and lead with authenticity, visibility, and care.
