Commercial Property Manager

A long‑established business (200 years strong) is building its property function and is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to support its next phase of growth.

You’ll join a close‑knit team where your decisions matter, your voice is heard, and your work directly contributes to the development of the property function.

The Role

Work closely with the Group Property Lead and wider senior leadership

Take day‑to‑day responsibility for a wholly owned, mixed commercial property portfolio

Lead inspections and rent collection

Manage service charge budgets and reconciliations

Bring structure, consistency and a solutions‑led approach to property management activity

What You Bring

Solid commercial property management experience

Confidence managing service charges

Independence, organisation & a solutions-led mindset

Residential or FM exposure is beneficial but not essential
