Senior Employment Lawyer

We are working with a market-leading national law firm who are seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join their Employment Law team within their Southwest London office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a top-ranked Employment & Pensions practice, advising employers on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law and HR issues. The candidate will work across matters including employment law aspects of corporate transactions and M&A, terminations & settlement agreements, diligence reviews, strategic HR advisory work, co-ordinating multi-jurisdictional disclosure schedules, conducting investigations, and working on Employment Tribunal claims.

The candidate will play a key role in advising a diverse international and domestic client-base on cross-border and high-profile employment law matters. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.

Essential Criteria

• 5+ PQE;
• Strong background in employment law within a medium to large commercial firm;
• Excellent commercial awareness;
• Outstanding academics;
• Negotiation skills;
• Willingness to become involved in business development;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
