The Role

You will manage complex probate matters, act as a senior point of technical knowledge within the team, and support the development of colleagues. The organisation has invested heavily in AI‑enabled estate administration processes, creating a modern and streamlined environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing complex, high‑value probate files independently
• Guiding and supporting junior colleagues with technical queries
• Contributing to workflow improvements and process development

• Providing excellent communication and client care

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with substantial probate experience
• Background handling complex or inheritance‑tax‑payable estates
• Strong technical knowledge of estate administration
• Ability to support and mentor junior members of the team
