We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced role focused on outbound sales activity, engaging with B2B/SME customers and driving revenue growth through proactive calling and relationship building.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and playing a key role in renewals, retention, and saving cancellations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
- Drive sales through effective communication and relationship building
- Manage renewals and proactively retain customers, including handling cancellation saves
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Salesforce/CRM systems
- Ensure all activity is compliant with GDPR regulations
- Work to and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Operate effectively within a busy call centre environment
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a telesales or outbound sales environment
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong track record in inbound and outbound calling
- Demonstrated success in retention, renewals, and cancellation handling
- Experience working with B2B and/or SME customers
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proactive and resilient approach
