A leading US law firm is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join its London office, supporting a top-tier corporate team on a range of high-value domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting on M&A transactions from start to finish
- Managing due diligence and data rooms
- Preparing transaction bibles and closing documents
- Drafting corporate documents and Companies House filings
- Supporting fee earners on general corporate matters
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months’ corporate paralegal experience within a law firm
- Prior exposure to M&A matters preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Full right to work in the UK is essential
