This is an opportunity to join a global production agency delivering spatial, experiential and immersive work across culture, fashion, entertainment and brand experience.

They’re looking for a Senior Designer with a strong conceptual mindset who can shape ideas from early pitch stage through to delivery. This role goes beyond visual execution it’s about storytelling in space, guest experience, and translating creative direction into thought‑through, physical outcomes.

What you’ll be doing...

You’ll take ownership of creative thinking across multiple projects, helping shape the overall vision and execution.

• Leading the development of spatial and experiential design concepts from initial brief to final delivery
• Creating mood boards, visual directions and design narratives that clearly communicate creative intent
• Translating brand and cultural stories into immersive physical experiences
• Driving design input across pitches, contributing to early ideation and final presentations
• Collaborating closely with creative, production and delivery teams to ensure ideas are ambitious but achievable
• Applying strong knowledge of materials, finishes and build feasibility to all design work
• Confident at pitching.

What experience you’ll need to apply:

You’ll be a confident, concept‑driven designer with experience in real‑world delivery.

With experience working on large‑scale installations, events, brand activations or immersive environments.

• A strong portfolio showcasing spatial, experiential or environmental design
• A proven track record of developing concepts from idea through to execution
• Strong visual research, storytelling and design thinking skills
• Solid understanding of materials, construction and build processes
• Experience presenting ideas to clients and senior stakeholders
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects
• Collaborative, proactive and comfortable owning your work
