Whom we are looking for: A hands-on Senior Designer/Creative with an eye for elevated design and a deep understanding of luxury aesthetics. You’ll aid in developing & driving the visual identity of 111SKIN across all channels and bring to life compelling, cohesive visuals & assets that embody our brand ethos across both digital & print while improving workflows and ensuring on-time delivery of campaigns and launches.

What you’ll do: You will lead the day-to-day creative execution - primarily digital and motion & social - lean into print & packaging as needed, and work closely with the Global Head of Creative and wider teams to establish 111SKIN’s consistent, refined and impactful visual identity across all channels.

What success looks like: You will help evolve and elevate 111SKIN’s visual language to enhance desirability, consistency and brand recall, by delivering on briefs, contributing ideas, and executing with excellence. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead day-to-day design business-as-usual (BAU) output across digital (CRM, organic & paid social), & support on printed collateral.
• Develop digital design solutions - static & motion - and treatments for new launches and content in-line with the brand’s creative vision and commercial ambitions.
• Create seasonal campaign toolkits for brand moments and product launches.
• Lead the UX/UI design for 111SKIN.com and maintain associated brand guidelines to ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across internal and external teams.
• Help spearhead, test & establish updated brand guidelines.
• Support with project management of BAU tasks & deliverables with freelancers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, e-commerce, PR, product) to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned creative.
• Manage multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously.
• Contribute to the art direction and production of photoshoots when required.
• Stay informed on design trends, tools, and competitor activity to ensure creative remains fresh and relevant.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years experience in design within the luxury beauty, fashion, or lifestyle space
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates elevated design thinking and exceptional execution across various channels
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects & Premier a must have.
• Proficient in using Figma
• Experience with using Creative AI Design tools to support and accelerate creative processes
• Experience with using & managing project management tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Impeccable attention to detail and organisation, and time management
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, and luxury storytelling
