Residential Surveyor
This role is 100% residential surveying, delivering RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys.
- Deliver RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports & Level 3 Building Surveys
- Survey residential, including listed & conservation properties
- Produce clear, accurate, RICS-compliant reports
- Manage workload independently with admin & IT support
- Home-based role covering Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Hertfordshire
Package Highlights:
- £60,000–£65,000 basic salary
- £5,000 car allowance + mileage at HMRC rates (company car considered)
- Quarterly bonus: 20% of fees over £20k
- Laptop, mobile & surveying equipment provided
- Full CPD support, professional fees & RICS-compliant PI cover
Requirements:
- MRICS / AssocRICS (MRICS preferred)
- RICS Registered Valuer (essential)
- Strong residential surveying experience
- Full UK driving licence
