Regional Care Manager Belfast

Registered Manager required for a private sector client based in Belfast. This role involves leading and overseeing care services, including residential care for older people, disability services, and safeguarding provision.

Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality, person-centred social care; ensuring all services meet the standards of regulatory bodies and relevant social care councils, providing effective staff management, leadership, and support and taking lead responsibility for specialist areas such as adult safeguarding or specific care needs. The successful candidate will also act as a representative for the Council and work collaboratively with partner organisations.

This is a temporary, full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. The pay rate is £25.93 to £28.79 per hour. An immediate start is required for an initial 2-month period, with the possibility of extension.

What We Need From You

• Degree in Social Work or Nursing
• Minimum of 4 years work experience in a health and social care setting working with regulated services
• Registration with NISCC
• Full UK driving licence
