About the company

This is a newly created position for a Company Accountant to join a market leading business in the Northwest. The business are currently enjoying strong growth and as a result are looking for an ambitious candidate who can support their Head of Finance and play a key role in this established finance team.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
• Preparing year-end financial statements
• Cashflow management
• KPI reporting
• Business partnering with commercial leaders across the business
• Budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement across the finance function
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience in a similar role
• Strong IT Skills
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
