In-House Funds Tax Manager (Private Equity)

Suitable for someone recently – 2/3 years post qualified

We are seeking a Tax Manager to join the in‑house tax function of a private equity investment firm. The role will support the tax affairs of the firm’s fund structures, management group and portfolio activity, with exposure across compliance, reporting, advisory and transactional work.

This is a broad, hands‑on role offering deal exposure, interaction with external advisers and collaboration with finance, legal and investment teams.

Responsibilities

• Partnership / fund tax compliance
• Investor tax reporting
• FATCA/CRS reporting
• Support responses to investor tax queries
• Provide tax input on new investments, exits and restructurings, working alongside deal teams and external advisers

Qualifications

Suitable for someone recently – 2/3 years post qualified. Ideally, you will currently be in a practice/accountancy firm covering a PE client base.
