The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join a highly regarded corporate team in Manchester. This role is ideal for a solicitor with 3‑6 years' PQE who is ambitious, commercially minded, and looking to progress their career by working on high‑profile corporate transactions.

You will gain exposure to M&A, Private Equity, and Equity Capital Markets work, supporting clients across the full transaction lifecycle. The role offers the chance to manage complex deals, contribute to business development initiatives, and help shape the future of the corporate team.

The Person

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 3‑6 years' PQE in corporate law. Key attributes include:
