Private Funds Associate (2-5 PQE), US Law Firm, London
We are working with an elite US law firm on a position within their Private Funds practice in London. The London group offers a fully integrated platform across the structuring, marketing and negotiation of funds, co‑investment arrangements, GP‑led secondaries, and the commercial and regulatory issues arising from the day‑to‑day operation of funds.
The practice advises a wide range of global managers across private equity, infrastructure, real estate, credit and secondaries strategies. The team also handles sponsor‑side "house" matters including carried interest schemes, GP‑stake transactions and the establishment of new asset management businesses.
