Guidewire Consultant - Insurance Transformation

SR2 is working with a Tier 1 consultancy on a high-profile insurance technology transformation programme. We are looking for senior Guidewire specialists to embed directly into a client-facing delivery team working on one of the most technically demanding insurance programmes in the UK market right now.

This is not a bench role. You will be working alongside a senior consulting team delivering into a complex, regulated insurance environment where technical depth and client-facing capability both matter from day one.

What we are looking for

• Hands‑on Guidewire delivery experience, ideally Cloud or version 10 across PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter
• End‑to‑end integration architecture capability, from design through to delivery
• Data architecture and development skills within Guidewire cloud environments
• Insurance domain knowledge, ideally across both personal and commercial lines
• Strong client‑facing skills, comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders in a consulting environment
• UK onshore, available to start within the next four to eight weeks

This person will need to be able to demonstrate deep technical knowledge as well as demonstrable experience in client facing consultative engagements.

Please note this role is inside of IR35 and will require time on client site in London every week.
