Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons in line with the UK national curriculum
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
- Use innovative teaching strategies and educational technology
- Contribute to departmental planning and school-wide initiatives
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events
- Provide academic guidance and pastoral support to students
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject (Business Studies or related field)
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level (GCSE and/or A-Level preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum and assessment standards
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Right to work in the UK
