* Delivering an individual contribution plan and an exceptional client experience.* Achieving net portfolio growth in line with approved objectives.* Identifying, understanding, and helping corporate and commercial clients with their changing needs.* Providing regulated investment advice to help corporate and commercial clients meet their objectives.* Demonstrating deep understanding of wider financial affairs and financial products to ensure that knowledge is comprehensive, and client focused.* Maintaining up to date and compliant records to ensure relevant internal standards and external regulatory requirements are observed.* A solid and recent track record of providing investment advice to your clients. (Required)* Comprehensive knowledge of wealth structuring tools, investment approaches and application of these to high-net-worth clients. (Preferred)* A good knowledge and understanding of wider financial markets, with exposure to the full range of banking products and financial planning industry. (Preferred)* Risk management and control experience gained within Private Banking, Corporate and Commercial and or Select Investments. (Preferred)* Investment Market and Product knowledge. (Required)* Financial software navigation skills. (Required)* Regulatory and compliance knowledge, specifically consumer duty (Required)* Relationship Management. (Required)* Communication and influencing skills. (Required)* Proactive and dynamic approach to change. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week.
