Accounts Senior – Esher Area, Surrey | Hybrid Working

£48,000 – £55,000 + Bonus + Clear Progression

Newly Qualified ACA or ACCA or ICAS or equivalent.

An Accounts Senior opportunity in the Esher area for an ACA or ACCA qualified professional seeking a client‑facing role within a specialist firm working with high net‑worth clients. Our client is a highly regarded boutique accountancy and tax advisory practice with a client base both in the UK and internationally, operating with a highly personalised, relationship‑led approach that combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of the unique financial needs of its clients.

This role offers the chance to join a close‑knit high‑performing team where quality of service and attention to detail are paramount. You will work closely with Partners while developing your own portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of clients ensuring a proactive and responsive service
• Preparing statutory accounts and Corporation Tax computations
• Reviewing bookkeeping to maintain an accurate real‑time financial position
• Acting as a key client contact providing clear and commercially aware guidance
• Supporting Personal Tax compliance and assisting with ad‑hoc advisory work

About You

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Strong grounding in accounts and tax compliance
• Experience managing a client portfolio with a high level of ownership
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator comfortable working with high‑net‑worth individuals
• Strong working knowledge of Xero and Excel
