An exciting new job opportunity is now available for a committed Registered Nurse to work in a modern nursing home opened in the summer of 2024 in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers.

To be considered for this role you must be qualified as a RGN or RMN Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Responsibilities
- Play a crucial role in providing high quality nursing care to residents.
- Work as a member of the nursing team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners.
- Ensure that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard ensuring the personal care needs of residents are met while respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.
- Primary responsibility is to ensure the well-being and health of the elderly or individuals with various medical conditions who reside in the care home.
- Carry out supervisions.
Preferred skills and experience
- Proven experience of working in a care setting.
- A good team player.
- 1+ Year NMC registration.
- Well-developed time management and leadership skills.
Salary & Benefits
