Location: Manchester office – in‑person (please ensure the office you apply to is within a reasonable commuting distance)

Who should apply?

Ignite is designed for Year 12 and 13 students (as of September 2026) who are keen to learn more about accountancy and business. If you are genuinely interested in starting your career through a school leaver programme after completing your studies, you could fast‑track onto one of our sought‑after programmes. You do not need any prior work experience. We are looking for enthusiastic, curious individuals who are eager to learn and have a keen interest in business.

Full attendance in the in‑person work experience is required. You must be available for the full duration of the programme and consider commuting distance.

Programme Eligibility
