Role Description
We are currently looking for motivated, confident, and ambitious individuals to join our team as Sales Consultants. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential , supported by full training through our weekly Sales School and ongoing mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with local businesses through face-to-face outreach and networking
- Introduce and promote a range of partner products and services
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Close simple, low to mid-ticket deals or refer larger opportunities to senior team members
- Represent Surge professionally in all interactions
- Attend weekly training sessions and actively develop sales skills
- Work towards personal targets and contribute to overall team performance
