Residential Property Solicitor - Cambridge with hybrid working
Client
A busy Residential Property team who have built up an excellent base of high wealth clients
Role
- Acting on routine residential property transactions
- Work independently and alongside more experienced colleagues on more complex and specialised matters, as required
- Acting for a range of clients including HNW individuals and limited companies on the purchase/financing of freehold/leasehold properties of varying complexity and value
- Playing an active role in business development
You
- 3+ years PQE dealing with a range of property transactions
- Highly organised with excellent IT, case management and communication skills
- A strong desire to learn, widen your knowledge and continue your professional development
