Specialising in renewable energy solutions for high-end properties across Cambridgeshire and East Anglia, we are in an exciting period of growth. As part of a larger nationwide group, we are looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join our highly professional team.

In this role the successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, effective resource planning and the smooth progression of jobs through to completion and commissioning. They will develop team members through performance management and training, while collaborating with other departments to ensure successful project delivery. This role will be office-based.
