Hours:37 hours per week - H ybrid working is offered. There is a requirement to work from Headquarters South on identified duty days.
Contract: Temporary for 12 Months

Are you looking for a new and exciting role supporting the JOU in TVP and Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary to deliver events, plans and operations?
If so this could be the role for you.
We are looking for someone to join our busy Operational Planning team at TVP HQ Kidlington, to provide logistical support and co‑ordination for major/critical incidents and events (pre‑planned and spontaneous), supporting Force, District and cross‑border deployments and planning the force response to requests for mutual aid and specialist support.
The role involves reviewing event and action plans, attending planning meetings and establishing policing plans for the events, as well as supporting the command team to respond to critical and major incidents.
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:
If you have a knowledge of the police organisation and structure, Public Order and Public Safety processes and contingency planning this would be an advantage but full training will be given.
Educated to QCF Level 3 or work experience deemed to have brought the postholder to a comparable level.
Able to demonstrate current competence in subject matter area.
Experience in event and operational planning.
