Commercial Property Fee Earner

The successful candidate will manage a varied commercial property caseload and play a key role within a growing and dynamic team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
• Handle sales and acquisitions, landlord & tenant work, and commercial leases
• Assist with refinancing, secured lending, and development work where applicable
• Conduct title investigations and prepare detailed reports for clients
• Liaise with clients and third parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently

Skills & Experience

• Experience managing a commercial property caseload independently
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner
• Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions and processes
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities effectively

Vacancy Summary
