The Role

We are looking for an experienced Podcast Producer to lead the growth and visibility of Inside the Silicon Mind, (our very own podcast)

This is a high-impact role focused on shaping culturally relevant content, securing world-class guests, and driving audience engagement and brand growth.

You will bring operational leadership, editorial direction, and strategic oversight across our content ecosystem, elevating both existing formats and new show launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a clear podcast growth strategy aligned with brand, editorial vision, and audience goals
• Own end-to-end guest booking, securing high-impact, culturally relevant voices.
• Elevate content quality across all shows, raising the bar for production and storytelling
• Develop scalable systems and workflows to improve team efficiency and output
• Provide strong editorial direction, ensuring consistency, relevance, and quality
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align content with wider business objectives|

About You

• Proven experience as a producer in podcasting or digital content
• Strong editorial instinct with a clear understanding of what makes compelling content and talent
• Track record of working closely with hosts or creators and managing full production cycles
• Confident booking high-profile guests and making outreach that converts
• Calm under pressure, highly organised, and able to maintain high standards in fast-paced environments
• Collaborative, strategic, and capable of bringing energy and credibility to a growing team
