Ardmore Construction Group is looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team on one our prestigious West London Based projects.

The Project:
This is a landmark regeneration scheme in the heart of Hammersmith, involving the sensitive refurbishment and extension of the Grade II-listed Town Hall, alongside the delivery of new civic, commercial, residential and public spaces. The project forms part of a major mixed-use development designed to create a modern civic campus for Hammersmith & Fulham, combining heritage restoration with contemporary construction.
The project is now nearing completion, and we are looking for a commercially strong Quantity Surveyor to support the team through the final stages of delivery. This role will focus heavily on closing out supply chain accounts, managing payments, resolving commercial queries, and agreeing final accounts with subcontractors.
You will be joining the project at a critical stage, where strong commercial discipline, attention to detail and the ability to drive matters through to conclusion will be essential.
The Role:
As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial close-out of the project, working closely with the site team, commercial team and supply chain partners.

Contract Details
This is a site-based contract role required until the end of July, with the possibility of extending into August depending on project requirements.
This would be paid as a competitive day rate (discussed at interview) through an umbrella company.
