The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and rewarding caseload, including:
- Advising clients on wills, estate planning, and inheritance tax matters
- Handling probate and the administration of estates from instruction through to completion
- Advising on trusts, trust administration, and lifetime planning
- Assisting clients with lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters where required
- Managing client relationships and providing clear, practical advice to individuals and families
- Supporting senior members of the team on complex estate planning and high-net-worth matters
- Contributing to business development initiatives and maintaining strong professional relationships

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client matters
- Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration
- Excellent client care and communication skills
