What We’re Looking For (Our Wishlist)
- Experience in sales, account management, or commercial roles within engineering or industrial services
- A strong background working with pumps, rotating equipment, or similar mechanical systems, either in a technical or commercial capacity
- Exposure to service-based solutions such as maintenance, repair, or aftersales support
- Confidence in negotiation, presentations, and client relationship management
- A solid foundation in engineering principles (formal qualification or hands-on experience)
- Familiarity with framework agreements, tenders, or structured procurement processes
- Ability to manage your own time and priorities effectively in a remote setting
- Competence with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g. SAP) would be beneficial
