Director of Professional Services

Peaple Talent are currently partnering with a growing, technology-led organisation in the customer experience space who are looking to appoint a Director of Professional Services and Consulting.

This is a senior leadership role, reporting into the COO, with responsibility for leading and evolving a high-impact delivery and consulting function.

The role:

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll:

• Lead and scale Professional Services and Consulting delivery
• Own the successful delivery of complex transformation programmes
• Build trusted relationships at senior stakeholder level
• Drive governance, quality, and commercial performance
• Support future growth, including shaping propositions and supporting new business

It’s a great blend of delivery leadership, strategic input, and client engagement.

What they’re looking for:

• Strong background in Professional Services, Consulting, or Programme Leadership
• Experience delivering large-scale, tech-enabled change
• Ability to operate at exec level with clients and internally
• Solid understanding of commercial models and delivery governance
• Experience in complex or regulated environments is beneficial

Salary and benefits:

This role is paying a competitive salary of up to £110K + attractive bonus
