Commercial Litigation Solicitor

We are working with a leading Southeast London law firm for a Lawyer to join their Commercial Litigation team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Commercial Litigation team, working on a broad range of contentious matters for clients ranging from individuals and owner-managed businesses to major PLCs.

They will assist on complex High Court litigation and international arbitration, while also providing strategic advice on claims avoidance and risk management, often working closely with partners and taking early responsibility for progressing cases. The lawyer will also collaborate with colleagues and international firms on cross-border disputes, gaining exposure to high-quality, varied work.

Essential Criteria:

• 1+ years’ PQE;
• Strong commercial litigation background;
• Excellent academics;
• Interpersonal skills;
• Research abilities;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
