Corporate Lawyer

We are working with a leading Southeast London law firm for a Lawyer to join their Corporate team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a top-tier Corporate team, advising on a wide range of high-quality transactional and advisory matters. They will work on private M&A, private equity, venture capital fundraisings, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, and general corporate advisory work, often involving cross-border elements and international clients.

They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across areas such as tax, finance, employment, and regulatory law to deliver complex transactions for a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, private equity-backed businesses, and high-growth companies.

Criteria:

• 2-4 years’ PQE;
• Strong corporate background;
• Excellent academics;
• Interpersonal skills;
• Research abilities;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
