Salary Range: £45,000 per annum

Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9am to 5pm




Overview

As a Lecturer at the Victoria College of Arts & Design, you are expected to play a key role in delivering, maintaining, and continuously enhancing the high standards of teaching, mentoring, and academic support that we aim to provide for our students.


You will play a key role in designing, delivering, and assessing undergraduate and / or postgraduate modules and programmes.


In particular, the role requires a broad and confident understanding of core business principles across areas such as entrepreneurship, strategy, marketing, innovation, operations, and professional practice. You will bring insight into how creative thinking enhances problem-solving, value creation, and decision-making within contemporary business contexts, including the creative and cultural industries.


You will be expected to support students in developing business ideas, strategies, and ventures through research, experimentation, critical analysis, and reflective practice. This includes guiding students to translate ideas into viable business models, compelling propositions, and professionally presented outcomes that respond to industry challenges and entrepreneurial opportunities.
