The Opportunity
We are representing a premier, Global Elite law firm renowned for its unparalleled position in the Infrastructure Finance space. This practice is consistently ranked at the top of the league tables for infrastructure and energy work.
The firm is seeking a highly motivated Associate (2–5 PQE) to join their London-based Infrastructure Finance team. This is an opportunity to work on the most complex, high-value, and cross-border infrastructure mandates in the market. You will advise developers, sponsors, lenders, and investors on the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a technically excellent lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment.
- Qualification: England & Wales qualified, OR admitted in a Common Law jurisdiction (e.g., Australia, New Zealand, Canada) with strong relevant experience and a desire to practice in London.
- Experience: 2–5 years of post-qualification experience gained within the infrastructure, project finance, or debt finance practice of a recognised top-tier or international firm.
- Technical Skillset: Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex financing documentation (facility agreements, security packages, intercreditor agreements). Experience with project finance structures is highly preferred.
- Commercial Acumen: The ability to translate complex legal issues into commercial solutions for sophisticated global clients.
- Attributes: You are a team player with high attention to detail, a proactive work ethic, and the ambition to excel in a demanding, high-performance culture.
