The Role
Conceptualised, produce and edited engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms, while supporting our in-house photographer when required. Content needs to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Core Creative Skills
- Short-form video creation (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Photography for social media and digital use
- Visual storytelling and content planning
- Understanding of social media trends and platform best practices
- Creative concept development and content ideation
Technical Skills
- Video filming (smartphone and/or camera)
- Video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
- Photo editing (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop)
- Basic lighting, composition, and audio techniques
- Content formatting for different platforms and aspect ratios
Social Media & Marketing Skills
- Knowledge of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and trends
- Content scheduling and publishing
- Basic analytics and performance tracking
- Hashtag strategy and audience engagement
- Brand consistency and tone of voice
Organisation & Soft Skills
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
