The Role

Private Client Senior Associate / Principal Associate – National Law Practice - Birmingham - Salary up to £105,000 + 25% Bonus

This award-winning national firm offers specialist quality legal advice to a broad range of individuals on matters such as wealth management, wills & inheritance, divorce and children, and accident & medical claims.

The firm is recognised across the globe for its outstanding client care and high-quality lawyers. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Private Client Team, it is now seeking to appoint a Senior Associate to work alongside its existing Private Client Team.

The ideal candidate will have experience running a high-value, mixed Private Client caseload to include wills, probate, trusts and estates planning and will strive to become Legal 500 recognised, with a social and outgoing personality, keen to socially interact, business develop and be commercially driven in their approach.

The Candidate

• Private Client Senior Associate / Principal Associate, SRA/CILEX Qualified
• Experience within matters such as Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Administration of Estates
• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
• Technically strong with an eye for detail
