The Broker Marketing Lead will define, build, and execute a high-performing broker marketing function, combining strategic direction with hands-on delivery while scaling a team over time.

Role Highlights

• Own and execute broker marketing activity from day one, delivering campaigns end-to-end

You Will Need

– Strong marketing communications experience in broker insurance (essential)

– Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution

– Experience leading or mentoring others, with the capability to build a team over time

– Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence influencing senior leaders

– Data-driven mindset, using insight to optimise performance and inform decisions
