Senior Employment Solicitor

We are working with a top-tier Northern Irish law firm who are seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join their Employment team within their Belfast office,

The Role

The successful candidate will join an esteemed Employment team, advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters for a diverse range of clients. The candidate’s role will see them working on matters such as advising on diligence reviews, strategic HR advisory work, co-ordinating multi-jurisdictional disclosure schedules, conducting investigations, and working on Employment Tribunal claims

The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.

Essential Criteria

• 7+ PQE;
• Strong background in employment law within a medium to large commercial or boutique law firm;
• Excellent commercial awareness;
• Outstanding academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Negotiation skills;
• Willingness to become involved in business development;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
