Our client has been established since 1921 and has an extensive network of offices providing legal service to London, Surrey and Middlesex. The firm is now looking to recruit a high calibre Litigation Solicitor with circa 2-4 years PQE to work in their office based in West London.

The Role

The successful solicitor will be confident managing their own complex caseload and have excellent client care and communication skills across all levels.

The role requires sound technical expertise across all aspects of Litigation and matters encompass:

• Representing both individuals, SMEs and larger organisations (including charities and publicly owned companies)
• Landlord and Tenant Disputes
• Contentious Probate cases
• Civil Litigation matters
• Commercial litigation cases
• Construction litigation and contractual disputes
• Property-related insolvency matters

Who are they looking for?

• Qualified Litigation Solicitor with ideally 2-4 years PQE though all levels of experience will be considered on a case by case basis
• Sound technical expertise across all aspects of litigation, in particular property disputes and contentious probate matters
