This firm are offering a highly unique opportunity for an OPRE expert ideally Associate Partner level (strong SS will be considered) focussing on valuation and agency instructions. where the selected candidate will be the most important hire that the business will make in this growing sector.
Reporting into the Managing Director of Alternatives, you will have a team grown around you for the South East. Based out of their prestigious Central London offices, our client offers an extremely talented working environment where trust and autonomy are pivotal to the way they work and operate meaning hybrid working policy is encouraged.
With a nationwide coverage albeit with a focus on the SE there is significant work to run at across healthcare, education, hospitality and leisure making this role suitable for someone generic by asset class or someone who wants to bring a specialism to the business. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a wide-ranging consultancy role this would include valuation, lease advisory and occasional transactional work making this opportunity diverse and not siloed. Dependent on the experience the prospect brings they will have the opportunity to working on leisure/hospitality, education or healthcare properties UK wide, albeit with a major focus on the London/South East market.
You will be working with an array of client’s including large banks, private investors and groups, local authorities whilst being involved with some major frameworks, there is an incredibly diverse client base and work load to run at making the role exciting and no two days the same! ...
You will be responsible for aiding the growth of the department, working with the national head who has a clear aim and desire to grow with the selected candidate being central to this.
