Financial Crime Manager - Consulting

Currently recruiting on behalf of a boutique Consulting firm who are looking to hire in a number of people to their Financial Crime team. The firm specialise in support Fintech, Payments & Crypto firms, and predominantly provide advisory services. Ideally they are looking for candidates who are currently in in-house roles, that are looking to explore consulting as a career.

Key Experience

• Broad Financial Crime experience, with a particular focus on 2nd line advisory, governance and policy work
• Previous working experience of payments, crypto or fintech organisations, either in-house or consulting
• Strong delivery focus in previous roles
• Ability to manage stakeholders across all levels
• Strong organisational skills
• An AML qualification would be beneficial but not mandatory
